Booking Policy:
- Booking is highly recommended, especially in the high season (Jan - April) as this will ensure the availablilty of a guide. Seasons bookings do fill fast.
- For longer trips we may require a booking deposit.
- Where required the payment of a deposit will be arranged after booking confirmation. Payment methods will then be discussed and organised.
- In the event of a cancellation & deposits having been paid, refunds will be at the discretion of Riversong Guides.
Weather Policy:
- Trips are only cancelled under extreme weather conditions or on request of the client. With a wealth of experience and local knowledge Riversong Guides will endeavour to offer alternate options where possible, ensuring that the most is made of your day on the water.
- Pre-booked trips that are cancelled due to weather and before departure are fully refunded.
- Any trips that are cancelled whilst in the field may result in a reduced fee subject to the discretion of Riversong Guides.
